PART I:

I'm a freelance contractor who works on a per-project basis or at recurring intervals.

A written agreement will establish the work scope, time frame for completion, and due dates for payment.

I'll send an invoice upon delivery of the completed work. You can pay via Paypal or Stripe.

Communication is important during this process to remain on schedule and ensure you get what you expect.

One project includes two revisions of up to 25% of the written content. More revisions may incur additional fees.

You are still responsible for partial payment of services if you choose to cancel a work agreement before completion.

PART II:

I take confidentiality seriously and will not disclose propriety information that is not public knowledge. One exception to this rule: work-for-hire content and information may be transferred to third-party SAAS platforms only for performing business tasks (for example: CRM tools, email providers, cloud services, writing tools, and payment processors necessary to complete my work).

All intellectual property rights of work-for-hire writing will transfer to you upon completed delivery.

I provide my work without warranty. Please read my samples to ensure my style and tone match your expectations.

You assume responsibility and liability after my work is approved and delivered. I do my best to provide accurate information and am not liable for errors or omissions discovered after hand-off. Likewise, I am not liable if you edit, change, or misuse the work I provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless for any injury, property damage, liability, claim, or other cause of action related to my work.
